Mr Smith is a consultant plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a long established practice in all fields. His specialist areas cover breast and facial cosmetic surgery and cancer surgery. After training and research in London, Glasgow and Bristol, he took up an NHS consultancy at the renowned plastic surgery centre at the Queens Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead in 1990. During the last ten years he has developed NHS plastic surgery services in Sevenoaks, Dartford and Maidstone providing expertise in skin cancer, trauma and reconstructive surgery. He has two sub speciality interests - breast surgery and oncological head and neck surgery - working closely with breast surgeons and their teams in Kent, Sidcup and Bromley to provide NHS and private breast reconstructive surgery. He performs private facial rejuvenation techniques including facelifts, eyelid and nasal surgery, and all aspects of aesthetic breast surgery. His practice also covers body contouring by abdominoplasty and liposuction.
