Mr Lavin has developed his private practice for over 15 years after training at Moorfields Eye Hospital, London where he was Registrar, Fellow and Lecturer. Whilst at The Moorfields Eye Hospital, he introduced macular hole surgery and lens implants to Manchester Royal Eye Hospital. He is a Member of the American Academy and Ophthalmology American Society of Cataract and refracture surgery.
